About this apartment rental
This charming apartment is located in the center of Ubatuba.
Close to the best restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, supermarkets and the Iperoig beach promenade, you can do everything on foot!
It comfortably accommodates 6 people in two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Balcony with barbecue and a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar mountain range!
Kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals at home (microwave, blender and coffee maker).
We have WIFI and SMART TV.

Important: We do not provide bed linens or towels. The barbecue grill has its own grate!
Guest access
In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the swimming pool.
Other observations
IMPORTANT:
1. You need to bring your own bed linens and towels. If desired, we rent a kit with sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels for 15 reais per person, regardless of the length of stay.
2. A fine of 400 reais from the condominium will be imposed if clothes are left hanging on the balcony;
3. You will need to send the FULL name of the person responsible for the reservation, ID number, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), date of birth, address, vehicle details, and the full name and ID number of all other guests (including children). Please send this information here (via the app). Without it, entry to the condominium will not be permitted.
4. Contact Monica, as she is the one who should provide information about the keys. Try to coordinate your arrival and departure times with her. Her phone number is available in the check-in instructions.
5. I also ask that you do not tamper with the router so as not to interfere with the internet connection. This could cause problems for subsequent guests;
6. As we have had problems with other guests, I am asking that new guests pay attention to the condominium rules. Especially regarding NOISE and RESPECT for the staff. Please remember that there are families in other apartments. And disturbing the peace will result in a fine.
7. Check-in: from 2 PM and check-out: until 11 AM;
8. I ask smokers to please not smoke inside the apartment and, especially, not to throw cigarette butts or any other objects out of the windows or balconies. Please keep the condominium premises clean.
