About this apartment rental
Brand new apartment on the first floor (elevator available) with two bedrooms (1 suite) and two bathrooms. One double bed, one bunk bed and one triple bunk bed. All new furniture! Ceiling fans. Gourmet balcony with barbecue. Internet and LED TV. Condominium with swimming pool. Garage for one car. 300 meters from Pereque beach. Easy access to the beaches north of Ubatuba.
Important: You need to bring your own bed linens and towels.
NOT AVAILABLE: Bed linens, towels, and barbecue equipment are not available.

Other observations
IMPORTANT:
1. You need to bring your own bed linens and towels. If desired, we rent a kit with sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels for 15 reais per person, regardless of the length of stay.
2. A fine of 400 reais from the condominium will be imposed if clothes are left hanging on the balcony;
3. You will need to send the ID numbers (or any other document) and FULL names of everyone who will be staying in the apartment (including children). Also, the car's license plate number, make, owner's name, and email address of a responsible person. Please send this information here (via the app). Without it, entry to the condominium will not be permitted.
4. For any further information, please contact Francisco via chat.
5. I also ask that you do not tamper with the router so as not to interfere with the internet connection. This could cause problems for subsequent guests;
6. As we have had problems with other guests, I am asking that new guests pay attention to the condominium rules. Especially regarding NOISE and RESPECT for the staff (including Ms. Diana). Please remember that there are families in other apartments. And disturbing the peace will result in a fine.
7. Check-in: from 2 PM to 10 PM
Checkout: until 11am
8. I ask smokers to please not smoke inside the apartment and, especially, not to throw cigarette butts or any other objects out of the windows or balconies. Please keep the condominium premises clean.
