About this house rental
Summary:
Owned by a Local Military Family who have created a beautiful, safe, quiet, clean & cozy space for you to celebrate your Graduates. Located less than 10 minutes from the base with all the luxuries of home. Enjoy the neighborhood park & swimming pool. Please follow the house rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay. No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. There are exterior cameras onsite for our protection and yours.
The Space:
The house has an open concept kitchen, dining & living room, perfect for gathering. You'll find an area with board games for some family fun! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds & a pull out cot bed if needed. We can sleep 9 guests max. The kitchen is fully equip and there's a BBQ grill in the back to cook your grad a home made meal.
Guest Access:
Prior to your arrival you will be sent a personal code to access the keypad on the front door. There is no garage access. Swimming pool ket is hanging on the fridge, please return it to avoid a replacement fee.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a safe, quiet and well established area near Lackland AFB. The neighborhood provides a playground & swimming pool just a short drive down the main road.
Getting Around:
We are located just behind the Walmart. 6 minutes from H-E-B Grocery. 11 minutes to SeaWorld. 24 minutes to Fiesta Texas. 19 minutes to downtown San Antonio. 14 minutes to San Antonio Aquarium.
Other Things to Note:
Quiet Hours are between 11pm & 8am on weekdays and 11pm to 11am on weekends. Parties are not allowed at any time. No overnight sleeping outdoors. Guests may NOT play loud music or make any loud noises which may disturb neighbors at anytime while outdoors. Please do not use white towels to remove make up, black facecloths are provided. Please keep all doors and windows closed and locked. Please do not burn candles in the house.
