Welcome to 56214 Sable Rock!
This luxury home is located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to the Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. With 4 King suites, a media room, beautiful heated outdoor space with firepit, BBQ, smoker, hot tub, and a surround sound system, this home truly has everything you need for the luxury getaway of your dreams.
The living room features modern, comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter and table seating for the whole group. This home has a Pack-n-Play and a high chair available for those travelling with small children.
The primary King suite is on the main floor and includes a California King bed, an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and Smart TV. It also has a work station that includes monitor.
The second King suite is also located on the main floor and has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
King suites 3 and 4 are located upstairs and both boast beautiful walk-in showers.
Upstairs, you'll also find a Bunk Room with 2 twin over full bunk beds and a Media Room with a queen over queen bunk. Setup for the perfect movie night, the Media Room is equipped with ample seating for the whole family and a Smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The home also boasts 1 Gig wifi speed which makes streaming a breeze. The fun continues in the garage where you'll find Foosball and Ping Pong. If you want to explore the great Sunriver outdoors, you can use the 6 adult bikes provided with the home (see notes below for availability). After playing or biking, you can relax under the stars while you soak in the new private hot tub.
This home is family-loving and perfect for those with young children as it includes a high chair, baby gate, and pack and play. You'll also find a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
This home includes 6 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: The Forest House is reserved exclusively for Caldera Springs owners and is not available for guest use.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes, fishing areas, paved and barked pathways, tennis and pickleball courts, and the basketball court.
Please note:
-No pets or smoking are allowed due to homeowner's significant allergies. Your adherence to this policy is critical and deeply appreciated.
-Bikes are only available from May-September 2026.
-This home has a Blink security camera in the front and back of the house facing away from the home.

The property met every need we had to enhance an amazing family reunion.
We had age ranges from 71- 9 yrs of age.
I personally stepped on a piece of plastic in the upstairs guest room and it scraped my foot.
The garbage from the last guest was not removed before we were there for 6 days.
