The apartment is in an excellent location, with nearby beach access. The pool is nice, and everything in the apartment is clean and thoughtful. The manager of the condo was super helpful with assisting us with the parking permit.
The check-in and check-out processes, however, are a nightmare. You may have seen the horror movie “Get Out”; well, I think I’m going to write a new thriller called “Get In” based on our harrowing experience of trying to find the key. The instructions on where/how to get the key to the front door are hidden in the app. (Download the Vacasa app before hand.) We didn’t realize we had to drive to another location (15 mins away from the apartment) to retrieve the key to the apartment building.
Also, the name of the condo is Ocean Terrace Club, not sea glass haven.

We stayed for four days and four nights - and loved every minute. The condo had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen and even some books to pick up and read. Great location and access to the beach- owners provided chairs and tent and even a beach cart to lug our items! Close to local restaurants and we loved the binder the owners put together with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Great stay!

The description says oceanfront. The condo faces S. Atlantic Ave. which you have to cross to get to the beach ramp. This is a short walk. You can see a small patch of ocean from the balcony in between buildings on the opposite side of the street. The check-in process is tedious as you have to pick up Keys at the management companies office about 20 minutes from the condo. You have to return the keys here also. When packing and unpacking, and when going to the beach, you have to go up or down eight steps from the parking area to the first floor, where there is elevator access to the upper floors of the building.
