Private Poconos home, close to lake, ski-lodge vibe

Welcome to your vacation! Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain home designed for families looking to unwind and make memories. We are located in the Lake Harmony Estates community overlooking Lake Harmony in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains.

It’s hard to pick which season here is most fun because there’s skiing/snowboarding in the winter, hiking and biking in the spring, swimming and boating in the summer, and stunning autumn leaves in the fall. We are equipped to be a year round rental, with heat and air conditioning. We are a 5-minute walk to the beach at Lake Harmony, a 6-minute drive to Big Boulder ski resort and a 10-minute drive to Jack Frost ski resort.

We are close to state parks, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, mini-golf, indoor water parks, casinos, and outlet shopping. The home is a 5-minute drive or nice shaded walk to Split Rock Resort.

Summer rentals include access to the lake (Lake Harmony Estates beach passes included) as well as use of 2 kayaks, 4 Stand Up Paddleboards and lifejackets. **Use of watercraft is at your own risk.**

After your adventures, you’ll find plenty to do back at the house to relax. Watch wildlife, play board games, enjoy the firepit or curl up by the fireplace with a good book or for a movie night. There are plenty of common spaces throughout the home for your group to spread out but still be together.

Nearby, you'll find restaurants such as Nick's Lake House, Terra Cottage Cafe, Boulder View Tavern, Shenanigans, Piggy's, Sunset Green and more. Lake Harmony Market or The Hub are close for market essentials and a full grocery store is just under 15 minutes away in Blakeslee.

For security purposes, outdoor security cameras monitor the outside of the property, and are not to be disabled or covered in any way. A security company monitors the development and the property. The house also has an alarm.

We ask all renters to sign a short term lease stating that they agree to our house rules.
