Please Note: Alll guests are responsible for bringing all linens including: Pillows, Blankets, Bed Sheets and Towels.
This home is ideal for couples and small groups of friends or family looking for a relaxing getaway! The house sleeps 8 in beds and 2 additional guest may sleep in the living room on the couch. There is It’s just a short 5 minute walk to the beach with local shops, restaurants, and bars close by. You can enjoy boating, canoeing, fishing, golfing, hiking, kayaking, skiing, swimming and much more.
The house has an inviting living room with a wood-beamed cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, HD flat-screen cable TV and Wi-Fi. The updated kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans utensils and includes a microwave, stove and dishwasher. The master bedroom is on the first floor along with a full size washer/dryer and a full bathroom (tub/shower). Upstairs there is a loft with a full size futon, two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower), all bedrooms have great closet space and ceiling fans. Outside there is a large deck that offers a great place to relax and enjoy nature.This area includes a gas grill, table and chairs as well as a fire pit area in the back yard with benches and seating.
• Guests are asked to provide all of their own linens: Pillows, blankets, bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Linens and towels can be rented for an additional charge.
• There is no smoking on the property
• Unfortunately we do not allow pets.

We spent 4th of July weekend in this house. Location is perfect, close to beach and restaurants. House and property is beautiful.

We had such a great stay at this property. Perfectly fit all 5 of us, was cleanly and was walking distance to the lake! Chuck also had great communication. 10/10 would stay again

I came here with friends and family. The kids loved running around and climbing the rocks outside as well as making s’mores in the fire pit out back. We walked to the lake which has a small beach and roped off swimming area that’s good for young kids. Our stay was short but we would have loved to stay longer!

This house was perfect for a weekend ski trip. You can see Big Boulder from the house, and Jack Frost is right around the corner. The gas fire place was really nice and the open family room was a great place to hang out. The neighborhood is easy to navigate through and there is a good pizza place nearby we went to. The outdoor patio and fire pit were really nice and offered a great view of Big Boulder at night. Would definitely stay here again.
