The house consists on the first floor of a large living room (living room, dining room), a semi-open kitchen opening onto the terrace, a suite with shower room and double bed), separate toilet, a sleeping area with shower room and separate toilet, two bedrooms: one with two single beds, the other with a single mezzanine bed and a lounge chair (a mattress can be installed on the floor if necessary).
The first floor has a large open office, a bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

Part of the house is air-conditioned (two of the downstairs bedrooms and the first floor).
Wifi is available and the TV benefits from Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions.

The song of the cicadas will lull you to sleep during the afternoons by the pool and while the children have fun on the trampoline or on the garden swing. A gas barbecue is available for your meals on the terrace. Hammock, dartboard, ping pong table and petanque court available. The perfect necessities for the holidays!

The house is located in a natural area, less than 5 minutes walk from the sports complex (football field with athletics track, tennis courts) and the communal forest with its mountain bike or fitness trails.

The typical village of Rognes is less than 5 minutes away by car. Many points of interest are nearby. Wine estates, children's parks (automaton village, Grimmland), Barben zoo, site of the Rocher Mistral and its reconstructions of the Middle Ages, villages of the Luberon, Aix en Provence, Sainte Victoire massif...
