Practical Information

Security deposit: A €2000 deposit will be requested via our secure partner SWIKLY, directly through the booking platform’s messaging system.


This deposit does not result in any charge or hold on your credit card limit.

⚠️ The security deposit must be completed no later than 48 hours before arrival.


If not received, the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email with a digital guide to the house (access details, local tips, recommended addresses).

Fountains and water

Two small fountains are located a few meters from the estate entrance. Their depth is limited, but children remain under your full responsibility.

Child safety

All children are welcome!


However, the house has stairs — safety gates cannot be installed.


Please ensure your children are supervised at all times during your stay.

A living wine estate

You’ll be staying in the heart of an authentic working vineyard. The environment is generally calm and peaceful, but as on any agricultural estate, you may occasionally see a tractor, machine, or vehicle related to vineyard work.


This is part of the charm and authenticity of the place.

Estate animals

The property is also home to animals:

Three friendly dogs, which you may occasionally meet with their owners

Chickens, ponies, and horses in their private enclosures

The village of Rognes is known for its golden stone, Provençal market, and lovely walking paths.

While staying at this exceptional wine estate, you can visit the Château Barbebelle winery, join a wine tasting, and enjoy walks through the vineyards.

Beautiful walks between woods and vines are available along a marked trail.


Please note that the wine estate itself is private and not open for unrestricted walks.

About 15 minutes by car, you’ll also find a freshwater lake (paid access), perfect for family swimming.
