Ô Anges

Wow! What a truly memorable place to stay! George and Emmanuelle are really wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Their home is in a beautiful 17th century building with all original features and it’s also a true treasure trove of wonderful pieces of art which reflect the arty eclectic nature of Arles itself. The bedding was superbly comfortable and our bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - probably the best croissants we’ve ever tasted, complemented by Emmanuelle’s delicious homemade jams. The area is peaceful and surrounded by wonderful places to eat and drink. A truly fabulous stay.

Ô Anges was an unexpected and truly beautiful experience. Its location could not be more perfect: right in the heart of Arles’ atmospheric old town, within easy walking distance of everything. Breakfast alone is reason enough to return—homemade jam, quite possibly the best croissants we have ever tasted, and wonderfully abundant amounts of excellent coffee. We visited for the annual photography festival, and our hosts generously shared thoughtful recommendations shaped by their own genuine interest in the fine arts. That passion is reflected throughout the house, giving it a distinctive, creative, and welcoming atmosphere. Ô Anges is much more than a place to stay; it is part of the Arles experience itself. We absolutely loved it.

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and kind. Emmanuelle gave me suggestions on good restaurants nearby and also suggested places I might like to visit during my stay (& I did.) The property was gorgeous and the room, c'est magnifique! I loved all the art! Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious.

Emmanuelle and Georges are the best hosts. Charmant. And their information about Arles enabled us to absolutely make the most of our 2 days in Arles. It would be a pleasure to stay with them again and we highly recommend you go there too!
