Our home boasts a private backyard oasis, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the warm weather. You'll have exclusive access to the heated swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip, and the BBQ grill, perfect for whipping up a tasty meal. Lounge on the comfortable chairs, or enjoy a family dinner at the outdoor table with umbrella.
Step inside and discover the perfectly welcoming living space, complete with all the comforts of home. Each of the two cozy bedrooms features a smart TV, allowing you to relax and unwind in comfort.

Our home has two cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your own meals to enjoy with your loved ones.
Our home is also close to many attractions and entertainment options, including great restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as parks, museums, and shopping centers. We're confident that you'll love our home and the vibrant neighborhood around it.

Note: This is one side of a duplex, however, the backyard is completely separate and the pool is private and not accessible to anybody else.
*Please Note* Our heated pool is temperature controlled at a preset temperature of 85 degrees, allowing for a perfectly comfortable swim in any weather. Please note, the pool temperature is preset and cannot be raised.

For safety and security, there are outdoor security cameras located at the front and rear of the home. These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior spaces.
Noise monitoring devices are installed in common areas to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio).
Guests will be required to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in.
We respect your privacy and appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone.
Additional rules:
A valid government photo identification of the guest that booked the reservation must be sent to the host prior to check in and must match the name and photo listed on the reservation. This is to comply with city requirements and access to the home will not be granted without it.
Host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for all guests staying at any time before and during the reservation. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave with no refund.
Booking guests must be present on site the entire stay. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of someone else. If the booking guest is not present the rest of the group will be asked to leave with no refund.
The booking guest must be 25 years or older.
Guests will be required to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in.

The following house rules are city mandated vacation rental regulations and violation of any of the following will result in immediate cancellation of guest booking with NO REFUND. Please be sure to read through them thoroughly as they are all strictly enforced by city code compliance and monitored via outdoor security cameras. There will be no exceptions made for any violations of the following rules.
No more than 4 guests may sleep onsite at any time and no more than two visitors allowed at a time. Additionally, no visitors allowed after 10 pm.
No more than two cars can be parked on site at any time and all cars must be parked in the driveway as grass and street parking are strictly prohibited.
No loud music or noise after 8pm.
Please be advised that the number of guests allowed is firmly enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund.
No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee.
Please be sure to take all your belongings when checking out as we do charge a $40 service fee plus the cost of packing and shipping for any items left behind. Unfortunately it does happen quite often and our team spends about an hour per item to take to the post office and ship back to guests. We appreciate your understanding

We enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities. The beds and the couch were not the most comfortable. My mom had a difficult time sleeping in the main room, she said whenever she moved it felt like the frame was not secure. Our only issue was on the last day. We returned and the fuse box was open which neither of us had touched and led us to believe our hosts or someone else had been inside while we were gone. I emailed the host about it but got no reply, which was interesting since they were checking in pretty regularly. We just didn't feel comfortable knowing someone had been inside while we were away but luckily it happened on our last night.
