Popular spots like the beach, Las Olas/Downtown, and major shopping/dining areas are a short drive away. Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) and Port Everglades cruise port are also conveniently reachable by rideshare or car.
For groceries and essentials, there are several supermarkets and pharmacies nearby.

Please treat our home with care and respect, as if it were your own.
1. No parties, events, or gatherings.
2. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
3. No catering, commercial cooking, or food preparation for events.
4. No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.
5. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
6. Please do not move furniture.
7. Please take out trash and place it in the proper bins before check-out.
8. Please wash or load used dishes and leave the kitchen in normal condition.
9. If the home is left in an excessively dirty condition beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee may be requested through the platform (with photos/invoice if needed).
10. Any damages, missing items, stains, or rule violations may result in additional charges.
11. Do not disconnect the wifi
