Enjoy everything Durango has to offer from this conveniently located in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for any season. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a long day skiing at Purgatory.
No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire and taking in the views of the nearby La Plata mountains and Animas River Valley from your cozy living room.
This updated condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious second floor living room with comfortable couches and ample space for spreading out. The living room also offers tremendous views of the nearby La Plata mountains and Animas river valley. Take in the views while sitting by the wood burning fireplace after a perfect day of skiing or exploring the local trails. The dinning room is attached to the living room and gives the space an even larger feel. Also located on the second floor is a fully stocked kitchen, complete with complementary coffee, chefs knives and all of the cookware you may need. This condo also provides:
- 2 large bedrooms (1 master) and 2 comfortable queen beds (1st level)
- 2 full bathrooms (first level) and 1 half bath (2nd level)
- washer and dryer (1st level)
- high speed wifi
- private deck w/ outdoor seating (1st level)

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit. The hot tub and sauna are open year round, while the pool is open seasonally from May-September.
The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex. There's also a local bus stop in front of the property for easy access back and forth to downtown.

The only difficulty we elderly people experienced was the number of vertical steps (56) to reach our unit. The owners should include this information in advertising their property.Otherwise,we had a lovely stay.

This is a very clean and comfortable house with many nice features. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating, which has been a problem at several places we’ve visited. Beds were ok, not great. Kitchen was well equipped but a tight space, otherwise good. There are a lot of steps to get to the apartment. It would not work for anyone with mobility issues.
