Experience the ease, beauty, and relaxation of a Cape Cod summer at this lovely, two-story home in Chatham, unbeatably located within walking distance of downtown. This is a place for riding bikes, spending long days at Lighthouse Beach, and gathering in the afternoons for barbecues on the back patio.
This home is enviably located one mile from the heart of Chatham, with sidewalks leading you all the way to Main Street's restaurants, shops, and markets. With the three provided adult-size bikes, you can easily reach the Old Colony Rail Trail (a few blocks), Chatham A's games at Veterans Field (one mile), and the local favorite Lighthouse Beach (two miles).
Beach days are a joy here, with a wagon and two chairs on hand to bring with you and an outdoor shower (with a changing area and a rain showerhead) awaiting your return. Continue to soak up the sunshine by playing cornhole in the backyard, flipping burgers on the gas grill, and telling stories around the firepit in cushioned outdoor sofas.
The house is full of subtle nods to the coastal setting, found in the beautiful shades of the granite, tile, and walls. On the main floor, enjoy a living room with a smart TV and Roku, a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island, and a dining room that's perfect for family dinners and board games.
In addition to the three bedrooms (one downstairs, two upstairs), a Pack 'N Play is provided as well. Bonus features of the house include mini-split AC, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi.

The fireplace is not for guest use.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active security camera facing the lower driveway and the street.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property was nice, yard needs work, window shades need replacing. Windows need cleaning. But very nice place.

House very nice inside. Outdoor woodwork could use some attention. A bit of trouble
checking in since early Ck in code did not work. Called 800 no. Those codes didn’t work.
Property agent came quickly spent lots time with us and code. Upstairs bedrooms could use night stand and lamp.. all upgrades great.

The house was very clean and very nice for a family (6 adults) vacation. The house was outfitted with bikes, fire pit, beach chairs (lounge type), corn hole. It was an easy 7-8 minute drive to the beach, grocery store, and 5 minutes to Main St. in Chatham. We enjoyed the bike trails too. The kitchen could use more utensils. We very much enjoyed our week in this home. The owner should update the renter's book as much of the information is obsolete.
The most frustrating part of the rental was the communication with Vacasa; when we arrived on Friday, the blinds in the bedroom were broken. I messaged Vacasa and immediately received an automated reply. I continued to message them and finally found a number to speak to a real person. This was not an easy task. FINALLY, on Sunday, a 3rd party maintenance man arrived and measured the blinds. He returned on Monday with very cheap and poorly cut blinds. But they fixed the problem. I will never use Vacasa again -- their customer service was horrible and it was nearly impossible to reach a live person. When I inquired months ago about what type of A/C the property had, I also received automated responses which were very frustrating (each BR and the family room has wall mounted AC units). Poor poor ratings for Vacasa.
