Dine together indoors or head out back, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy an alfresco experience on the furnished patio with a picnic table and gas fire-pit. The large, fenced backyard is also where you'll find your very own hot tub for soothing après-ski soaks.
Back inside, this home also features a spacious living area with plush seating (including a queen sofa bed), mesh WiFi throughout, and a smart TV ready to stream all your favorite channels.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by the City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. To ensure no wildlife damage, lock all windows and doors of the home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We spent almost an entire week here with three children. The house had updated appliances, all of which became really handy. There was an over abundance of toilet paper and towels, which we appreciated. Supplies were plenty, such as laundry detergent, dish soap, toiletries, and much more. There was not one complaint of running out of anything.
The home’s maximum occupancy is 6 so it was perfect for our group. There is no AC, but there were plenty of fans. Besides, the weather never got hot enough to require AC anyway. This home is located less than 7 minutes from Pope Beach and 15 minutes to casinos nearby and lots of food eateries to choose from. Down the street is a Big 5 Sporting Goods store and Raley’s.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will be renting again when we return to South Lake Tahoe. Thanks Vacasa!!!!

location is great, not in the thick of things but only a few minutes drive to the lake and stores

Well stocked kitchen with appliances, cooking utensils, spices etc, cutlery...
Lots of fresh clean towels, linen...

Appeared as shown on listing. Being from the South, I didn’t think about it not having central AC…..very hot inside on arrival and kind of too warm the entire time, actually. Leaving windows open led to a number of flies inside. I had to buy sticky strips and a fly swatter. Otherwise, beautiful home. Adequate parking. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for us 3.
