It's a beautifully upgraded vacation getaway in South Lake Tahoe, a great location for all seasons. It's about 9 miles from Heavenly Mountain and 7 miles from the beach.

A peaceful alpine retreat awaits at this spacious and renovated home, privately situated on a half-acre in a quiet neighborhood with conservancy land nearby. Perks of this renovated getaway include a game room with a pool table and bar, an updated living area with a fireplace, and a sleek new kitchen and BBQ. This home is equipped with a central heater and air conditioning.
LIVING AREA
A sofa bed, two armchairs, and a wood-burning fireplace set the scene for relaxation in the contemporary living area.
GAME ROOM
The Game Room downstairs is equipped with lots of Board Games, a Pool Table, Classic Arcade Games (like Pac-Man), Air Hockey, Foosball and a large TV and etc.
Endless fun awaits in the game room, with a sitting area with a sofa bed and a bar seating for three.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stone countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets.
When it's time to eat, gather for fresh cuisine around the six-person dining table.
BED & BATH
This vacation rental accommodates eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while two guest bathrooms are configured with double vanity and a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Unwind into vacation mode on the deck, featuring a bistro table with seating for five.
Have an epic cookout on the Char-Broil Double Header gas grill.

In warmer months, head to El Dorado Beach or tee off at Lake Tahoe or Tahoe Paradise Golf Courses within a 10-minute drive.

Parking notes: Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Parking for Units 1 and 3 is on the west(right) side of the front door to the home, and parking for Units 2 and 4 is on the east(left) side of the front door. This home is located on a hill, and AWD/ 4WD and chains may be needed to access this property in the winter months.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Other things to note
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Outdoor
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is ten people and four cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to penalties assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets or smoking allowed. Outdoor furniture and BBQ will not be available during snow season.

While the listing is accurate and we had a great stay the linens were all dirty which may be due to the cleaners. The kitchen also did not have a light over the stove so it was a little hard to cook dinner but overall the house was great.

The property stated that there was a total for 3 beds upstairs and three beds downstairs. That was false. Only sleeping area upstairs was a bed and a couch. Downstairs there was a bed and also a couch. Beds not comfortable at all woke up with back pain the next day. Bed on main floor would creek every-time you move. No first aid kit. I had let her know, she had told me where to look and after I told her I couldn’t find it no answer. Since there was no kit we had to wrap my sisters finger with a paper towel to stop the bleeding. The foosball was a mini foosball which isn’t bad but there was no ball with it. Again I had let her know so she didn’t think we lost it and she didn’t say anything regarding it. Overall the house was nice it’s about a 15 minute drive to get anything.
