About this apartment rental
Modern and comfortable apartment in Augsburg, 35 sqm, centrally located to the city center as well as the main train station and all sights. Completely modernized in March 2023.

On approx. 35 sqm on the 22 floor of the hotel tower you will find exactly the accommodation you were looking for for a relaxed and comfortable stay. You have the entire apartment at your disposal.

Premium king size bed 180*200 cm with 7 zones and 500 springs per lying surface, electrically individually adjustable.
55 inch Smart-TV 4K Neo-QLED with NETFLIX and all current TV programs in HD.
100 K internet line for all online applications as well as video chat etc.
Taps coffee machine + a variable tea assortment
Kitchenette with induction stove + all necessary cooking accessories - of course incl. vinegar/oil, sugar/salt etc.
Beautiful balcony with fantastic view over the city to the Alps
With mobile air conditioning for hot summer days.
The accommodation
The flat was completely renovated and modernized towards the beginning of 2023. All available equipment is New - also the bathroom was completely rebuilt with a walk-in shower. Of course, fresh towels as well as necessary bathing utensils are always available on site. For a wash "in between" you can use the washing machines and dryers in the basement of the house (Several washing machines and dryers in good condition. Use is for a fee)
Location:
The center of the city (Königsplatz) as well as the train station can be reached within about 10 minutes on foot. An e-bike and e-scooter collection point is right outside the front door or you can use the cab stand or the "ÖVM", which are directly adjacent.
The adjacent Wittelsbacher Park is ideal for recreation, leisure and jogging or walking tours. Families with children will also find secured playgrounds to spend time with the little ones.
For those traveling alone or on business, the accommodation offers appropriate peace and quiet as well as space and comfort and is therefore often booked as a functional home office.
The trade fair is only 3.5 km away and can be easily reached by car in less than 10 minutes.
A fantastic view from the 22nd floor of the apartment up to the Alps, remains in the memory of most visitors for a long time.

Very clean and well maintained. The park was beautiful and the city was very walkable from the hotel. The view was also incredible.
