This gorgeous new townhome in Auburn with an open floorplan and cozy beds is perfect for your next trip to your favorite college town. The single level townhome connects a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, laundry closet, dining room, and great room for a functional gathering space. The primary bedroom with a king-sized bed features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and spacious closet. The second bedroom with queen-sized bed is located at the front of the home away from the primary suite for privacy. A hall bathroom is available for guests staying in the second bedroom and for easy access from the living spaces. The covered patio is perfect for winding down after a busy day in town!
This townhome features a Keurig coffee maker.
You will have access to the entire townhome and neighborhood amenities.
Your host is available by Airbnb chat, text, phone and the property manager is always close by.
Guests have access to the neighborhood Exercise Room, Fishing Pier, & Outdoor Pool. Please make sure to follow all posted rules and return the pool key to the kitchen counter upon departure.
A car is necessary for traveling around town!
The home comes stocked with complementary spices and cooking oil as well as all the coffee essentials to use with the One Cup Keurig coffee maker.
No smoking is permitted inside.
No outdoor fires.

We had to call to get the check-in code since the one that we had been emailed didn’t work. The representative promptly gave us a new code and we were able to enter without incident. The kitchen facilities look clean and well maintained. There were basic spices and cleanplates, cups, and pots readily available
