About this house rental
Grand 5 bedroom and 5.5 bath house with spacious porches, balconies, and yards. Big front and back yard with a privacy fence offering a private feeling. Tranquil and quiet setting just a straight shot down college from downtown Auburn and AU campus. All the great restaurants, shopping, bars, etc Auburn has to offer a short bit away. Each bedroom suite has its own private bath with large vanities and marble tile walk in showers. Two king bed suites, two queen suites, and one 2 twin bed suite. Open kitchen and living room with eat in table offers great natural light and comfortable space. Large parking area easily fits 6 vehicles.

The host was welcoming, the amenities were top notch and the location was excellent! We stayed with family for my daughter’s graduation and it was a plus for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom! Would stay here again and again!

This property was perfect for our 4 couples visiting for Auburn Football Game. Each room had its own en-suite bathroom and kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of parking was also provided. We enjoyed our stay but did advise host to consider a better cleaning service.

We absolutely loved this house...the location was so convenient, the house was stocked, and the front porch and large parking area were a bonus. Unfortunately, two of us experienced bed bug bites during our stay. I stayed in the downstairs king and the other guest was upstairs in a queen BR.
I notified Nicholas on Monday, the day after we checked out, and he did send an exterminator. He claimed to find no evidence and unfortunately, refused to offer any reimbursement (I threw away and dry-cleaned a couple of personal items). I sent him pictures of the bites all along my left leg and left arm, (I sleep on my left side), but he still denied that the bites were from the house and did not feel the need to compensate. The other guest, who got bites on her neck, said her husband actually found a bug upstairs, flushed it, and that is what got him curious. My bites showed up on Sunday and lasted a week.
Bed bugs do not mean the house is unsanitary or unsafe. They are just pesky little critters who find a place to hibernate. I did not freak out about it, but I was disappointed how Nicholas refused to believe it happened at his house. He seems like a nice guy and has been good at responding, but I can understand how owners do not want to admit they might have bed bugs.
Without this issue, I would have easily given this property 5 stars. (yes, I had to wash everything on super hot when I got home, along with applying heat to all my luggage, totes, purse).
