SPACIOUS VILLA WITH POOL JUST 5 MINUTES FROM MORAIRA AND ITS SPECTACULAR BEACHES.
This fantastic villa is located just a 5-minute drive from Moraira, one of the most beautiful Mediterranean towns famous for its spectacular sandy beaches and small cliffside coves. It is situated in a very quiet urbanization on the outskirts of Moraira with restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The Solpark tennis club with a gym and fitness center is 600 meters away. Within a few minutes' drive, you can visit other beautiful Spanish Mediterranean towns such as Javea, Altea, and Calpe.
The interior of Bella Moraira is especially spacious as it features a large living room, a modern kitchen with a big table, and a separate dining room from the living room. And if you like to dine outside, you can choose between the glassed-in terrace next to the pool or the pleasant garden at the back of the house. Outside, you will also enjoy a chill-out area and comfortable sun loungers to relax in the sun after leaving the pool. From the terrace, you can enjoy wonderful views of the valley with the sea in the background.
The house is divided into 2 floors. On the main floor, you will find 2 master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, terraces, garden, and pool. On the lower floor, there is a studio with 2 single beds and a bathroom. This studio has independent access. The 2 floors are connected by the exterior of the house.
All bedrooms and the kitchen have air conditioning. The house also has indoor and outdoor barbecue facilities, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a private parking area for 2 vehicles.

NICE SPACIOUS HOUSE, NICELY LOCATED, CLOSE TO THE VILLAGE AND SUPERMARKETS. NEGATIVE POINT NO-ONE EVER MENTIONED "GREEK WAY" OF DISPOSING YOUR TOILETPAPER. OWNERS HIDING EVERYTHING BEHIND PRIVATE DOORS INCLUDING THE FUSE BOX. FOR A HOUSE OF 6 THEY ONLY HAD 2 SUNBEDS. BROKEN SUNSCREEN. NOT EVEN A PARASOL NOT EVEN A BROOM OR VACUUM CLEANER TO CLEAN THE HOUSE. OVERAL SOLHABITAT CREW WAS FAST AND FRIENDLY AND MADE IT ALL WORK. OWNERS OF THE HOUSE THO...
MORE INFO ABT THE HOUSE LIKE THE BADROOM TOILET ISSUE. DONT HIDE IMPORTANT ISSUES LIKE FUSEBOX AND A SIMPLE BROOM. ARRANGE TO FIX ISSUES WHEN BROKEN. WE PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO GET A PLACE WHERE ALL IS WORKING NOT WITH BROKEN THINGS.

We had a fabulous time at Bella Villa- the accommodation was immaculate, the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The villa felt very cosy what lamps at night and the little extra interior design features made it feel like a home from home.
The pool was great and loved how the whole house was accessible to it. We loved the bbq areas and the indoor sofa near the pool was a lovely shaded area to relax both in the day and at an evening.
The kitchen has wonderful Siemens appliances, all brand new and great quality. The beds are also comfy.
Very helpful staff and friendly and always happy to help. Would highly recommend! And look forward to returning soon!
Unfortunately the toilet seemed broken as we were told not to put anything including toilet tissue down! This is not something we have ever had to do in Spain or Moraira before so we were quite put off, it felt quite unhygienic for us.
Also the pillows were very hard, would be good to have feather not just synthetic or softer option.
