MAGNIFICENT HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) FOR 8 PEOPLE WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
Villa Diva is located in one of the most peaceful areas of Moraira, just five minutes by car from the best beaches and a few minutes from the town centre. You can easily walk to the numerous restaurants, cafés and shops in Moraira, as well as enjoy paddle tennis, hiking and other outdoor activities. The villa is also within walking distance of two beautiful beaches: Moraira and El Portet. Perfect if you are looking for a holiday home with lots of privacy but, at the same time, close to the main tourist attractions of Moraira.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall that provides access to the dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen, recently built and of modern style, is fully equipped and offers state-of-the-art appliances. The dining room is very bright, being close to the access door to the patio. There is also a guest toilet.
From the entrance hall, one can access room #1 and room #4, which has two single beds together, air conditioning and direct access to the patio. Next to it is bathroom #1 with a bathtub.
On the second floor are rooms #2 and #3. Room #2 has 2 single beds together and air conditioning. The highlight of this room is the en-suite bathroom #2, completely renovated with a shower. Room #3, also with air conditioning, has a double bed. Next to room #3 you will find bathroom #3 with a bathtub and shower.
Villa Diva offers a wide variety of activities to keep everyone entertained: a private pétanque field with options for darts, archery, and fitness equipment to stay in shape.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that Villa Diva has a private swimming pool and large terraces with panoramic views of the mountains, with several sunbathing areas. The villa also has an integrated barbecue with 2 dining areas, one of them covered, all surrounded by a well-maintained garden.

Groups of young people under 30 years old are not permitted, unless accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not followed, entry will be denied and no refund will be possible. Large-scale celebrations are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Hosting more people than the house's capacity is prohibited.
Smoking and lighting candles inside the house are forbidden.
Pets: To maintain the villa in optimal conditions, pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding.

We lived here for 2 months with great pleasure. An ideal location, within walking distance to Moraira and our favorite beach El Portet.
The house has a beautiful pool and terrace on the same level as the living area. If there were any problems, Héctor from Solhabitat solved them immediately.
We would love to come back here!

Great place to stay for our family, some nice local bits and great for other areas with main roads not far away to travel around! Will definitely come back! The team were great, check in and out was nice and easy and they were always on hand to help out with all questions that we had 😁

We had a wonderful stay here, the villa was beautiful, clean and had great views of the mountin and valley. We would love to come back again. Solhabitat were very professional and responded to all queries swiftly.
Just a couple of small things. We thought the provision of some hand soap would be useful for guests when they first arrive. And the option to have a blanket at night, as it was too hot without the aircon on, but too cold with it on.
