My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, while visiting my grandson nearby. The location is great, walking distance to grocery, Starbucks, a walking/bike trail, the marina and other things. The condo was clean, and quiet and the host was very responsive, if/whenever we had questions. We could have used a few more towels & more light in the bathroom (bulb was out), though we were too busy to request either while we were there.

The apartment is super cute and spacious. It’s in a really good area Ralph’s next door 50 feet away and places to eat and movie theatre all within walking distance. It seems like a very safe area and is quiet.
Two things: if you have a car the parking spot is taken over by one car double parking and never moved the enter 5 day stay even after letting the property manager know. Two is if you get coffee they’ll have to be nescafe pods for the machine but Ralph’s is next store so you’ll have buy those if you want coffee.

Very nice apartment and location, the parking was a little confusing. Someone was always in the space, like they double park in the garage. But over all loved it
