Our vacation rental is located in Spa Zone 1, in a very central location just a three-minute walk from the RupertusTherme. The apartment is on the first floor of our 350-square-meter house. It measures approximately 60 square meters, faces south, and features a large balcony with a view of the mountains. Our house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, featuring a 50-year-old cherry tree that provides evening shade even from the first floor. The town is just a short walk away, and the Saalach—our main river here—flows right past our doorstep with its floodplains. It’s perfect for jogging, biking, and hiking. An exclusive apartment, ideal for a couple, but also for a family with children or a group of friends. It can sleep up to six people. Good bus and train connections in all directions. In 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the spa guest center, the spa gardens, and the pedestrian zone. In a quiet yet central location, our house offers guests seeking relaxation, active vacationers, and spa guests an ideal infrastructure for health, spa treatments, fitness, and experiences right on the doorstep.
The new, cozy, and modernly furnished basement apartment is located one flight of stairs down, with two windows at mid-height. The white high-gloss designer kitchenette features an integrated dining set. It is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. It also includes a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room has a wide corner sofa that can accommodate a third person for the night. The apartment also features a unique “wall experience”—a backlit mountain landscape. The apartment is furnished with a flat-screen TV. The box-spring bed offers a very peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep in satin sheets. The bathroom features a shower stall, a hair dryer, and towels. The front yard is the perfect spot to relax.
