About this house rental
The property is a beachfront first floor unit with an elevator. The first floor has an excellent view of the ocean. The building contains two separately owned units. This rental is for the first floor unit which contains a foyer with stairs up to the first floor unit or you can use the elevator. The elevator is exclusive for the first floor only. The property has one set of queen bunkbeds with stairs. The property has a master bedroom with a ensuite and a junior suite with a ensuite. The front beachside deck is shared by both floors. The fenced in ground area and ground floor room/porch is owned exclusively by the 2nd floor and not to be used by the first floor unit occupants.

My family and I were lucky to come across this property with a last minute search before we made a trip to visit some nearby family. The house was brand new. Everything was clean and organized. It looked just like the pictures. The elevator worked like a champ for my aunt who recently had her knee replaced, and it was one of the nicest beaches in the area. If I had one thing negative to say is Ocean City really needs to extend the boardwalk, but that’s not a knock on this house or its location. Enjoy the view as it’s breathtaking in the mornings..
