About this villa rental
Located in Saint-Siffret, just 7 minutes from Uzès and about 30 minutes from Nîmes and Avignon, Villa Bastide is a prestigious property of 400 m² that can accommodate up to 11 people in a quiet environment, in the heart of the garrigue.
The house offers very beautiful volumes with a large bright living room open to the outside and a fully equipped American kitchen. It includes 5 suites with neat décor, each with its own private bathroom, 3 of which are on the first floor with direct access to the garden. The bedrooms upstairs benefit from an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature.
Outside, the villa opens onto a 16 x 6 m swimming pool with pool house and summer kitchen, ideal for taking full advantage of sunny days. Several furnished terraces allow you to have meals or relax at different times of the day.
The property is located on a landscaped plot of 1,500 m², planted with Mediterranean species, in the heart of a fully fenced 28-acre estate. The garden and the pool deck are real additional living spaces to enjoy the southern climate.
For your leisure time, you also have a gym, table football and a bowling green. The villa offers quality garden furniture as well as two outdoor dining areas.
A large private driveway allows several vehicles to be parked directly on the property, in complete safety.
The house is air-conditioned by the floor and linen (sheets, bath and pool towels) is provided to guarantee you a comfortable stay.

Beautiful house in a great location. Everything was new and exactly as described. Perfect for staying with kids. Very clean, nice pool, pleasant surroundings, and a safe home. We would love to come back again
