Our new luxury apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is located near the village of Agia Fotia, just 5 km from the town of Sitia and 2 km from the nearest beach. The property is situated on an elevated position, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area, the mountains, and the sea. The property offers a large outdoor pool for a refreshing dip, parking, a safe playground for children, and a barbecue area.
The brand-new and cozy apartments – traditionally built from stone and wood – are very comfortably and warmly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The accommodation features a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, a living and dining area, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with sea or courtyard views. The maisonette is 55 sqm and has a double bed upstairs on the mezzanine and a single bed downstairs in the living area. An additional sleeping space can be booked for an additional person.
In Sitia, you'll find supermarkets, a beautiful harbor promenade, cafes, and taverns. With a rental car, which we highly recommend, you'll not only have the opportunity to travel comfortably but also explore the stunningly beautiful surroundings and their diversity.

There are many small, worthwhile taverns everywhere, serving excellent Cretan cuisine, and many beautiful beaches such as Vai, Xerokampos, and Kouremenos. The Toplou Monastery is worth a visit, as is the ancient Minoan archaeological site of Kato Zakros. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscape and be enchanted by this magical and vibrant island and the special hospitality of the Cretans!
