Beautiful location, just 7 mins by car from Sitia center but set in a wonderful semi secluded location with amazing views of both sea and mountain. Very well designed house, very tastefully decorated, super clean and equipped with anything you could possibly need for your stay!! Amazing hosts, Marina and Vasilis really embody the word "filoxsenia" and are so exceptionally warm and giving! It was the best and most relaxing stay we have had in Sitia and would highly recommend to anyone!!

There was nothing to dislike but the fact that we only stayed for a week! 😊

If you are looking for an idyll of nature combined with comfort, convenience and style, this is your place. Marina is extremely gracious host and provided her beautiful and immaculately maintained Mediterranean house in Sitia countryside for our family for 3 day stay. The house is at 7-8 minutes drive distance from Sitia town centre and you will need a car. The house welcomes you with a wooden table and benches that give a spectacular view to surrounded mountains and sea, as well as Sitia town. The house is fabulous and very clean, with spacious rooms, furnitured with so much style and attention to details, modern kitchen utilities and everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It is air-conditioned but we didn't have to run an extra cooling as the nights are pleasantly cool and lovely in July. The greatest beauty of the house is the veranda from which you can enjoy the sea and the mountains and it gives a beautiful perspective of the area around Sitia. There is also a dining table and comfy chairs and a beautiful pergola for coziness and tranquility – this complemented by the evening breeze creates a sense of longevity. The living room has a wonderful view of the garden and the sea, the sofas are comfortable and large. The kitchen overlooks the garden and is equipped with everything you may need for a family stay. The bedrooms are so beautiful furnitured in vintage style and rooms seem unreal. The master bedroom on the lower floor opens directly to the veranda and upstairs, the other two bedrooms are under the roof in a common space, but at the same time private, allowing privacy and relaxation. We loved Marina – she is very caring, kind and smiley lady and both with her attentive and positive husband Vasilis made our stay extraordinary. Thank you very much for all interesting conversations, the delicious and authentic food that we tried, the family recipes and smiles of my kids! We highly recommend everybody to stay in Salvia house.

The house was a beautiful premise and very well equipped. It is ideal for families. Very nice terrace and view. Quite and tranquil location . Marina was a wonderful hostess. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit the place again soon !
