Πολύ κεντρικό και μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις.
Έλλειψη ασανσέρ και μικρό μπαλκόνι. Είχε θόρυβο από τα γειτονικά καταστήματα εστίασης.
