Property was very clean. The area was very quiet. The floor we had was pretty spacious. Definitely I’d go back.

Family came down for the Barefoot Country Music Fest, perfect location to hear the concert from the deck! Walking distance to beach & boardwalk! Enough room for a family of 5, great kitchen and large fridge. Seating area could be a little larger, our kids are over 6ft, so that was the only concern. Overall, excellent property!

Was told before trip there was a community grill but none to use when got there. Called office to ask about it and what was consider recycling for their unit no one returned my call. Oven also didn't work when went to use it and one stool to kitchen table was slanted and missing a screws. There was also used sponges left in cupboard and on top of counter
