Charming 1100 sq ft 1930 bungalow dressed in mid-century modern, in the historic district, a few minutes walk to Main Street Franklin, the most popular small town in TN. Perfect for porch sitting, evening fire pit conversation beside a running stream.. Any kind of eatery & shopping is available just blocks away and only 25 minutes to Nashville's Honky Tonk Highway and music venues like the Grand Ole Opry, Blubird Cafe, Hiking, biking, swimming and boating, close by.

Such a charming cottage! Decorated in Mid Century Modern and equipped with everything you need. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a short walk into Franklin and an even shorter walk to the Jim Warren Park. We used the front porch every day for our coffee and relaxing. Met one of the hosts - Monty - and enjoyed our interaction. Two small problems were resolved immediately by him. Our extended stay there felt like home and we would certainly stay there again.

The perfect little cottage! So cute and charming. Perfect location. Host was helpful and very kind. The beds were all very comfortable. The porch swing and backyard were lovely. So many nice touches .. nothing was overlooked. Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town!
