Fun for the whole family at this 5-bed, 3.5 bath modern mountain retreat. Enjoy the chef’s kitchen with everything you need to host the perfect meal. Relax in the hottub, in front of the gas fireplace or the outdoor wood burning firepit after a long day of hiking or skiing! Fall asleep to views and sounds of the river with the perfect swimming hole right behind the house. Enjoy the owners' chairlift, or a private ski shuttle to the slopes. Walk/snowshoe the path behind the house along the river!

Great stay! Location is perfect! The river that is essentially in the backyard was awesome! Really adds to the stay in the Summer. Communication with owners was virtually instantaneous and they addressed all needs within their control just as quick. The house accommodated 9 adults with room to spare. Highly recommend the area and this rental property! Thank you Joe and Shannon!

I recently stayed here with a close group of friends for a skiing and yoga themed get-away. The check in process could not have been easier. The house was perfectly set up with an entryway for skis, a nearby lift up to south peak, and a deck overlooking the river. The community shuttle allowed us to not worry about rushing out early for Loon parking. This is a beautiful property with plenty of space to relax. Our hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend!

The house had good space it worked for all twelve of us. It was well appointed. Shannon was pleasure to deal with.
