This sunny five bedroom apartment is situated in the exclusive Ben Buckler penisular, at North Bondi, and overlooks the world’s best beach. A private entrance leads you to a two-level, 4/5 bedroom sophisticated and contemporary home. Every detail is designed for comfort, and tranquility for your stay and a relaxing break beckons you and your family with gorgeous sunsets from the huge balcony and family living area.
Wander down for a swim or surf, stroll to the hippest local cafes and restaurants or jog the coastal track. All moments from your doorstep.
There is a fully equipped bespoke kitchen and comfortable living space to entertain a large family or group of friends. The expansive balcony with lounge chairs and large outdoor table integrates seemlessly with the open plan living areas.
The master bedroom is a wonderful private retreat overlooking the north-facing garden with a pond and outdoor shower. A perfect place for some morning yoga. It also has a walk-through closet area and lavish marble bathroom with a separate shower large tub and underfloor heated floors and towel rail.
The two other double bedrooms, currently configured with a queen-size bed and 2 king single beds offer gorgeous ensuites with underfloor heated floors and towel rails. There is a fourth bedroom with a king single bunk bed. There is also a beautiful marble powder room for guests to enjoy.
The lower level offers a large laundry room and rumpus/TV room with a sofa bed and ensuite. There is direct entry from the 2 car garage into the lower level area.
