Property was great and location perfect. Just a lot of small things didn’t help the experience. Eg The staff helping coordinate the stay changed 4 times. Then when I confirmed our check in time the day before. they said you can just call 10 min before you arrive. I replied no, we will be there at 2pm just meet us then because I prefer not to call your general office number to confirm again. Sure enough no one was there and they blamed us because calling to confirm was the “usual process”. On check out we were also made to drop off the keys despite there clearly being a lock box on the property. A 10 min drive in the other direction, adding another 20mins to our travels on check out. Only small things but I would expect better management. They did however arrange a private chef and that was a highlight of the management.
