About this house rental
A quiet little cottage attached to the main house.
Located in central Brittany, 2 km from Lake Guerlédan (Sordan Cove), which you can also reach on foot in 30 minutes.
The cottage is situated on a 9-hectare equestrian property. You’ll find numerous hiking (GR341), horseback riding (Equibreizh), and mountain biking trails right outside the cottage.
Many activities around the lake are also available: tree-top adventure courses, dining, water skiing, fishing, tube rides, paddleboarding, and more.
The accommodations are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, faucet-mounted water filter).
Bathroom with toilet and shower.
The bedroom upstairs features a 160x200 double bed and a 90x140 single bed. If needed, a travel crib is available in a trunk. You’ll also find a closet and a small ironing board with a steam iron.
On the first floor, you’ll have an additional sleeping option with a sofa bed and a new mattress from 2023.
A semi-enclosed outdoor area (for now) awaits you: garden shed, armchair, picnic table, barbecue, umbrella...
Additional notes
Some guests have pointed out that there is no washing machine or dryer. Please be sure to read the entire property description carefully when making your reservation! This will help you make a booking decision that meets your expectations.
