Coastal Vibes is located in the prestigious Sunflower Beach Resort Community. It's your chance to enjoy this corner lot home with access to the beach walkover and steps from the Sunflower Beach Community Pool; adult-only pool and Café this home is situated perfectly. This beautifully appointed; designer home offers 4 guest rooms all with large smart TV's and 4.5 bathrooms. With Sonos throughout, two industrial ice machines, and no detail missed; this is a one-of-a-kind home. As you enter on the first floor; you are greeted by the first King Guest suite. Fine linens; beautiful wallpaper; 65' Smart TV. The private ensuite bath finishes off this space perfectly. Located just down the hall is the well-appointed bunk room for the smallest of travelers. They can unwind with their favorite shows on the TV. The ensuite offers a bathtub to soak in after a long day of playing hard at the beach. The third guest room offers a combination space. Relax in this room and play the X-BOX on the 65' Smart TV and other games provided. When you're ready to catch a good night's sleep; the King size Murphy-style bed will offer a plush retreat for a restful night. Double stacking washer and dryer sets in the laundry room and plenty of space to organize is a nice touch for families and groups.

Our family birthday celebration at this stunning home was amazing. The location is perfect with easy access to community pool or the beach (not walkable) in a new development. There is still construction around, but I look forward to what the Sunflower will become once built out. Staff at the poolside restaurant were friendly and attentive making for the perfect post-beach pool time. House is well decorated with very nice Sonos sound system and TVs all over the place. 2nd floor has lots of decks in various directions to make sure you don’t miss a sunrise or a sunset. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and there are even some boards and inflatables for the beach/pool. The section of beach here is really nice, and we were able to drive right up to rented beach chairs as well as bring our own pop-up since we had a big group. Only gave 4 stars on location because the area is not yet fully built out and only nearby restaurant closes at 7pm. Overall a fantastic experience!
