This Gulf Coast property is a perfect setting for a destination getaway! With amazing ocean breezes and an unbeatable location just steps away from the fabulous beaches and on-site amenities; this rental will surely make your next vacation a memorable one! Once inside Summer Vibes, you enjoy the soaring ceilings and open living space. The balcony breezes are breathtakingly calming and relaxing. The living area has a beautiful cream-colored couch; coffee table and credenza with an LED flat-screen television. The expansive kitchen has a large granite island with seating for six. Enjoy additional seating at the dining table. This lovely, stocked home offers a wine fridge; dishwasher; ice maker and much more! The Master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with designer bedside tables; a chair & lamps; a screen TV; a full-size closet and a private ensuite bath. The two additional guest bedrooms both offer comfy king-size beds: designer side tables and a flat-screen TV. The spacious bunk bedroom has a twin over full, with a pull-out full trundle bed. It also has a flat-screen TV! The hall bathroom is a full bath. Enjoy the outdoor courtyard area with ample seating. When needing a break from the fun in the sun, enjoy the “Summer Vibes” with our in-house game room! Fully equipped with a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, and karaoke. This property was wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about it, it was wonderful for our family. Kids ages 11, 17, & 16 also our adult son who is 22. We ALL enjoyed the game room. For times when we were relaxing the kids could play and the property is superb. The pool is great! Don’t miss the adults only pool (we didn’t see it until the last day!)… seriously just a wonderful house! To the rental company/owners a really nice thing would have been a welcome packet/ book listing where to rent a golf cart, on site amenities, all things we weren’t sure of… did not change my rating because there were so many other ways you made our stay great! Just something we’ve had at other rentals that were helpful! THANK YOU for such a beautiful place to stay!!

Incredible kitchen and large dining table, 3 of the bedrooms have kings! Spacious bathrooms and nice outdoor spaces. Fun teen gameroom ‘hangout’ space

We had a blast, as usual! Fun-filled time with fishing, golf, football watching and grilling fish tacos on the beach. Couldn't ask for better weather! Oh and some pool time too, of course. :-)
