Pentwater Village Cottage in Prime Location, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and outdoor shower with warm water, washer/dryer, A/C was added in the late summer of 2021.
This remodeled (2018) 19th century lake house is directly across the quiet, small street from the channel with unobstructed views of the Pentwater Channel. You can get a peek of Lake Michigan from the deck in the back of the house. It is only four blocks from the Village of Pentwater, and 2 walking minutes from Pentwater beach. It is a prime location.
The Main Floor:
The main floor has a master bedroom suite (the Captain’s Quarters) with a king bed, a sitting room with a Flat screen TV, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen on the main floor is nicely equipped with modern appliances, such as a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stove and microwave. There is an additional full bathroom (with bath tub) on this floor adjacent to the kitchen, which also holds a washer and dryer.
The open concept Living Room and Dining area makes this a great place for families to come together. Enjoy reading or cocktails on the charming, enclosed front porch facing the channel with beautiful views, as well as a full deck for outdoor dining and entertainment in the back of the cottage.
There is Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
The Second Floor:
The second floor has three bedrooms. The first upstairs bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third upstairs bedroom has 2 Single beds. There is also a full bathroom (remodeled shower added in 2020).
Over the last 30 years many families have rented and returned annually in this comfortable 19th century cottage filled with the owners art work. Please feel free to inquire if you would like more information.
Sleeps 8. NO pets. Parking for 3 cars.
Rents weekly summer months, Friday to Friday. Shorter 3 night minimum stays welcome in other months.
Home comes without linens. You will need to bring sheets and pillowcases for king, 1 full and 2 twin beds, as well as kitchen and bathroom towels and washcloths.
If preferred, you can add these as guest option for additional fee of $120. Please notify at booking if this is desired.
