Enjoy staying in a charming 4 bedroom, completely renovated home in the heart of downtown Pentwater that is a short walk to stores, restaurants and the beach. The home has 4 bedrooms, new kitchen, living room, sun room, main floor laundry and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen has two refrigerators.
The main floor has a kitchen along with an open concept dining and living room area.There are two bedrooms on the main floor; one with a queen and one with a full bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen and the other bedroom has two twins. Cable TV in living room, full dining room, delightful screened sun porch is off living room. Includes extra seating for additional TV and dining area). Home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.
Home features a large yard, fire pit, wood floors, new carpet upstairs, fresh paint and air-conditioning. Please note, this is a historical home and the stairs are steeper and shorter than current building codes would allow so a handrail has been added to both sides of the stairs. Designated street parking in front and side of house. Private yard includes out door table, chairs and grill. Designated firepit area for evening fun
Summer Rent $2500/wk Deposit $1000, Sunday to Sunday rental
Linens Provided for all renters, including bedding and bathroom and kitchen towels.
For those with larger families needing more space, The Nest is also available next door.

Off main street just far enough to avoid the traffic for downtown, the marina, and the beach, but more than close enough to walk, this house's location is excellent. The house itself is cute and well-maintained. We unfortunately lost a few of our attendees, so the 2 of us who went had our pick of rooms (we closed off the upstairs). The house provided an excellent
