I have stayed in this house multiple times and love it every time. It is comfortable and fits our needs perfectly. There are few improvements that would make this place absolutely perfect, such as more rock in the driveway/bigger sidewalk (it gets a little messy when it rains), full length mirror, coffee or the Keurig, and remotes with full batteries for the hvac and tv/roku

This place was amazing. We were in town for the Arkansas vs Texas game, and didn’t care to stay in a hotel. It was centrally located between Fayetteville and Bentonville which was also a plus as we are Walmart associates and got to travel a few miles north and see the Walmart home office and museum etc. the place was very clean and in order. It was awesome. Highly recommend.

My husband, son, and I stayed at this property to visit our nephew and attend a Razorback football game. We checked in late and had no issues. The house is perfect for a small family like ours. It was very clean and decorated in a fun but not tacky way. We loved the decor. We would have absolutely given this property 5 stars but there are a few things that can make it even better. We had an issue locking the door. There was no documentation on how to lock the door and we ended up pushing too many buttons and then it wouldn't lock. We called the host and he was more than helpful. He responded immediately and even sent us a video of how to lock the door. We were running late for our plans, so we had to leave with the door unlocked. We didn't have anything valuable, but if we did, we would have had to wait and be late for our plans. Feedback would be to include directions in book or send everyone the video instructions in the future. A few other suggestions would be: 1. To put a nightstand on each side of the beds in bedrooms. We all want to be able to put a glass of water or our books down :) 2. Put a plunger in the bathroom. After flushing, the toilet was a little slow to drain, and we couldn't find a plunger to assist. Those are just some suggestions to make the place even better! We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Totally fell in love with this property. The cleanliness was #1! The most favorite feature was the wonderful decorations that was so relevant for our silly quirky family. My Husband, Son and I enjoyed it immensely.

Great little house. The decor is cute and the home is very comfortable. The outdoor lights make it pretty bright indoors - and cannot be turned off. It felt like the sun was up 24 hours a day. Other than that… loved it!

It was very nice. The decor was super fun and it was in a nice neighborhood, yet secluded. It was perfect for our girls only mini vacay.

We were very happy with our stay. It was easy to get to and from UArk, super clean property, and great area where I could take nice, quiet morning walks. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay as we were dropping our daughter at college. It was nice to have enough room to also store the trailer we had to bring on property and not worry about it being stolen. It was great location even though it was a little drive to the college campus. We would stay here again.

Great home base for visiting family near Springdale!

Nice and clean

We came from Ohio with our grandsons to go fishing and visit great grandma and an aunt and uncle. The decor was fun and a little bit funky! Very comfortable house and the location was convenient and easy to get to. We could have used more towels and some serving bowls but we made do and it worked perfectly for us!

My experience at the Vrbo stay was excellent. The location was perfect, the place was clean and convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedrooms were tidy, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioners worked well, maintaining a nice, cool temperature. The bathroom was spotless, and having access to a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The host provided a helpful binder with all the essential information. The backyard was fantastic for BBQs or just relaxing. Overall, I'm very pleased with my stay—two thumbs up!

Great location. Very clean. House needed a few more towels, paper towels, toaster, and a couple mixing bowls.

Had a good time nice neighborhood, good and quiet. The house was nice and clean. Went to some museums, and visted the Junkranch in Prarie Grove.

House very clean and spacious. Manager was very helpful and fast to help when we locked house by accident. Would highly recommend. Lovely birthday trip for our baby sister turning 60.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend for a volleyball tournament in Fayetteville and it was the perfect size for three adults, an 11 year old, and a 5 year old! The house was very clean, beds were freshly made, linens were clean, and bathroom was spotless! The neighborhood seemed to be a nice one and was very quiet!

First experience booking and staying at a VRBO. It was easy and just as expected. Property was perfect.

Recently updated and well maintained home. Quite neighborhood and close to Springdale Recreation Center. Many excellent restaurants nearby.

Nice updated home. Good location and easy drive to the University of Arkansas. Limited kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying in the area for swim meet at UofA. Also attended the listening Forrest at Crystal Bridges. House was super cute although a little bright in the bedrooms. Prefer to stay with kitchen for cooking rather than hotel. They were great about extending our time on Sunday which worked great for our swim meet since we had an early morning start.

Central location between Fayetteville and Bentonville and close to I-49. Very clean! Nice backyard for the kids.

Stay was great . Only issue was no clean dish towels to wash dishes and to few bath towels. Overall great stay.
