About this house rental
Slip on down to the Oasis, the Boyne City Oasis that is!! Enjoy the beauty of downtown Boyne City. Look out your window and see Lake Charlevoix and the Harborage Marina, which are right across the street.
This is the CARRIAGE HOUSE that sits on the same property as 415 Front Street (the main house is not currently available to rent). The builds were completed in November 2022. This Carriage House sits above the garage & is a full house in itself. The decor is all modern farmhouse. All new furniture, mattresses, beds, bedding, towels, appliances, you name it!
The carriage house has 3 bedrooms. One king on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Each has a closet with hangers, hooks, a mirror, and a bench for your suitcase. All the mattresses are brand new Zinus, with microfiber bedding and new pillows. There are two full bathrooms. One large full upstairs with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower on the main level.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, toaster, griddle, coffee maker, & more.... We also have a dining table, TV/electric fireplace wall, and a stackable washer and dryer/LG washtower. Comfy sectional seating in the main family room, where you can cozy up to watch a movie (streaming available to sign in to + Spectrum app with local channels). We have wifi as well, & a desk area upstairs. There is a balcony to look out over the water, and a folding table/chairs for that (located in front hall closet). This house has a separate entrance on to Elm Street. The location is hard to beat. Just a few short blocks and you are in the middle of downtown Boyne City. Enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and fun events Boyne City has to offer, all within walking distance. Boyne City is a short drive to Petoskey (20 min), & Charlevoix (30 min). Boyne mountain is about 7 miles away, & Walloon Lake 10 minutes away. The public beach - offering swimming, sandy beach, volleyball, tables & grills, and restrooms - is right across the street. We have Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs & a wagon with miscellaneous sporting goods available for your use. We also have a little reading library in our reading nook at the top of the stairs, with a few baskets of books you can borrow. One more for teen/adult and one for kids.
Hiking and mountain biking available a mile away at Avalanche Mountain. The view from the top is breathtaking!! Have your own boat? Call Harborage Marina (231) 582-3340 to rent a slip across the street. Hit up some of the amazing restaurants in town, like Cafe Sante, Lake Street Pub, or the Boyne City Taproom (all that you can walk to!), or cook something up in the fully equipped kitchen. Come spend some time, and make memories for a lifetime!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The carriage house had everything we needed and more. The owners equipped the house with so many nice things we really felt at home. It’s new, clean, and was tastefully decorated. We walked downtown on several occasions for dinner and shopping. Boyne mountain was a close 10 minute drive. Would highly recommend this house.
