Independent duplex cottage of character for 2 people with shared pool, located in Burgundy near Vézelay, in the Morvan Regional Natural Park.
Upstairs, kitchen area, shower, sink, WC.
On the upper floor, bedroom with 1 double bed (1.40m) and wardrobe.
The studio is difficult to access for some people, it first includes a staircase of twenty steps and then access to the bedroom via a steep and narrow miller's staircase.
Free access to the shared heated swimming pool (from 15 June to 30 September).

Ideal for sharing a family stay, the estate offers free access to its large shared heated swimming pool (14m x 7m). It is also equipped with a sauna on request.

Included in the prices: electricity, water, heating, bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) as well as access to the heated swimming pool
For laundry, a washing machine is available for shared use on the premises.

OPENING OF THE SWIMMING POOL FROM MAY 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15 and depending on the weather conditions of the moment
Not included in the prices: towels, bath accessories, sauna (60 euros for a one-hour session, max 5 people) and wood for the winter (supplement 35 euros for the weekend and 60 euros for a week)

Security deposits:
- €1000.00 on the day of arrival for 1 or more gîtes (refundable at the end of one month according to the legislation if no damage, breakage or loss is noted)
- €1500.00 on the day of arrival for weddings, ceremonies, seminars and various gatherings (refundable after one month according to the legislation in force if no damage, breakage or loss is noted)
- Pets are accepted under the conditions of the owner's agreement: €300.00 on the day of arrival for pets (returned on the day of departure if no damage or breakage is noted) - Cleaning supplement of €15 for the stay
