Quiet with adequate privacy from the house. Perfect for one or two people.

The place is set up very nicely with all you may need. It is close to downtown, bar area and restaurants. Walking is about 3 mins. Driveway large enough for about 4 vehicles and has gate to close behind them for security and piece of mind. Nice hangout area deck and fire pit area. Wish outside lights stayed on with out motion detector. Also wish had electrical outlet at deck area. Bedroom is well outfitted and bathroom. Bed could be updated and comforters. Living room is comfy and centrally located to be able to talk with anyone inside. Couch was itchy from pet hair. But covered it with a blanket. All good. Place is very well decorated for beach atmosphere which we loved. If you’re a boater. Plenty of room for a boat in driveway, boat ramp right down street. I gave it 5 stars because I would do it again in a heart beat. Great place!!

Everything was great during our stay! We live down the street and had our house tented for termites and we wanted to stay local and found this cute, cozy bungalow. We felt right at home during our stay. It was walking distance to downtown to where all of our favorite restaurants are, the house was clean and very well decorated, communication with the owners was great and made sure we had everything we needed. And the best part was our dogs were able to stay with us too - to us that’s a big deal when looking for stays. We will definitely be back if we have any more work needed on our house and we will absolutely recommend this property if we have out of town guests seeking a place to stay!
