About this apartment rental
Guests will check in at Main Street Station after 4:00 PM. You can park in the temporary parking outside of Main Street Station. The front desk will complete your check-in process where you will receive your room keys. Your vehicle can then be moved to the designated parking garage.

-All guests will need to verify their identity and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. If you'd like to see a copy prior to booking please reach out.
-Valid ID required at check in.
-$35 parking per night, guests can pay for parking via the Breck Park website, app, or onsite kiosk in the garage.
-Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
-No pets allowed.
-Coffee pods are not included.

-Pool / Hot Tub: 8AM-10PM
-The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment from May 4 through July 3rd. During
this time, guests may visit the front desk to check out a key for access to the pool at a neighboring
property, the Village at Breck.
