Overall host was easy to communicate with and place clean. This is not mobility friendly for older adults. Steep narrow stairway. No bathroom (this was in listing) on 2nd floor where beds are so difficult for older people to navigate. Was a bit challenging for my elderly parents but the place was near lake which they let them use and great communication by owner.

The house and location were beautiful and just what you would expect for a cottage. We have some mobility issues and a few outside steps without a railing were problematic. There is a folding couch downstairs. To be fair, I didn’t check for those things. It was immaculate. Good view. Friendly neighbors.

Great place. A bit out of the way, but still fairly centrally located.
Only thing negative is the great bedroom has to queens and the den has a convertible bed. So if you are a family with children, the sleeping arangements are a bit odd. Everything else was great, very comfortable and as advertised.
