About this cabin rental
Cottage sits 25 feet from water on a quiet pond. Great sunsets, sandy beach, great swimming, fishing, and kayaking, deck overlooking the water, peaceful. Two bedrooms with double beds and loft area with one double bed. One bathroom with shower. Wifi, Roku tv, DVD player, fire pit, gas grill and clothesline. Full kitchen (no dishwasher). Across street from school playground and library. Grocery store, pharmacy 5-10 minutes away. Great restaurants and shopping near-by (with in 5 minutes time), close to Canobie Lake Park (25 minutes), Portsmouth (45 minutes), Hampton Beach (40 minutes), and Boston (2 hours), Kittery (1 hour). No boat or kayak provided.

We spent a week living the lake life- and it was wonderful. The kids- 12, 10, & 5 spent all day kayaking, swimming, floating & playing on the private beach. There's a TV, but we were having more fun on the water & playing board games when we needed rest. The view from the deck is unmatched - we're already looking forward to next year!

We love it here this was our 3rd time here. We spent a lot of time on the water in our kayaks and fishing. Enjoyed the birds in the yard beautiful sunsets close to Hannaford hosts are great and reply quickly we will definitely be back

We had a great week staying here! The hosts were very warm, inviting and non-invasive. The view of the water was beautiful, and we saw ducks and turtles and lots of fish! We were able to enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing and had a few campfires with smores. Kids had a great time! Short drive to Hampton Beach ⛱️. Lots of cooking utensils and toiletries available. Thank you for having us, would highly recommend!
