The spacious open floor plan has phenomenal indoor/outdoor flow to the beautiful backyard replete with zero edge pool, oversized jacuzzi, lounging cabana, multiple exterior fireplaces, full outdoor kitchen with Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, and mature tropical landscaping. The oversized owner’s suite features high vaulted ceilings and ensuite bath fit with steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Control 4 smart home, automated pool system, full surround sound theatre in living room, and pool table complete the experience.
The biggest appeal of this property is it's amazing location, it's practically right on Sunset Blvd, which puts it on the same footing as the London hotel, the Edition Hotel, the One hotel, the Andaz hotel, the Mondrian hotel, the Chateau Marmont, the Argyle, and the Sunset Marquis.
If you take that into consideration, it is a tremendous value!
But it has none of the noise, as it is uniquely guarded by a hill and the mansion before it. You can walk to all the hotspots on the Sunset Strip, and have all the fine dining options of Sunset Plaza within a few minute walk as well as the Equinox gym.
