We loved this beautiful house with awesome views towards LA downtown. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. Great beds, very comfortable. Especially the upper master bedroom is superb. Bathrooms could have better amenities, but are totally ok.
Living room and kitchen are huge, high ceilings! Outdoor area is beautiful, nice pool, fire places.
The instructions on how to operate blinds in the bedroom was not there, we figured it out though.
In total a very beautiful home, with quite some stairs, great location, very nice garden, pool area! Parking for about 5 cars available .. we loved it!!
No instruction on how to operate numerous blinds in the master bedroom.

The house is big with plenty of room. The downstairs cinema room was nice.
The top floor bedroom is big with downtown views. 2 bedrooms have big closet and drawer space. All rooms are en-suite. The outside area with the pool is pleasant and green. Good garage and separate parking for big cars. So close to WEHO and walking distance to bars and shops.
The property is looking tired and needs some maintenance. Bathroom sink cracked, shower head broken, ripped and warn garden cushions. Random diy items left around the house. The kitchen had a small amount of crockery and very basic items to cook with. The bedroom next to the kitchen didn’t have any closet or drawer space, annoying when the other 2 bedrooms had lots of storage. The downstairs bedroom/cinema room wasn’t really a bedroom, no duvet or pillows provided.
