Compact accommodation in lovely quiet location with an absolutely delightful owner who made us feel very welcome.

Nothing to dislike.

A lovely property. The lady who owns it had lots of indoor and outdoor games suitable for the children and had bubble wands etc as well. Spotlessly clean, and excellent cooking facilities.

We honestly don’t know where to start because this place was so much more than just somewhere to stay. ❤️ We were travelling around France as a family and stayed in a few different places during our trip, but this was without a doubt our favourite. The loft apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Everything had been thought of, from the fresh bedding and towels to the lovely bathroom and fantastic shower. There were fans in every room, which were very welcome in the warm weather, and the location was so quiet and peaceful that we all slept amazingly well. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was the host. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, welcoming and kind. Our whole family connected with her almost instantly. She didn’t just make us feel like guests — she made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make our children feel special. Both children had little boxes of sweets and toys waiting for them when we arrived, and there were games and toys for them to enjoy both inside and out. Our 5-year-old was absolutely thrilled when he saw the dinosaur bed sheets waiting for him! One of the moments we’ll remember most was watching her playing games in her beautiful garden with our 5-year-old. He was having the time of his life, and it gave us a precious little bit of time to sit back, relax and enjoy the garden ourselves. It was such a lovely thing for her to do. She was equally thoughtful with our 6-month-old, providing a really lovely quality cot and even putting a little teddy inside for him. Such a small gesture, but it meant so much to us. There was just a genuine kindness about her that you don’t come across very often. She clearly takes great pride in her home and, more importantly, really cares about the people who stay there.
