El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Granada, a menos de 5 min andando a la catedral. Las instalaciones están genial, muy bien equipadas y limpio. Relación calidad precio es ideal si deseas estar alojado cerca del casco antiguo y disfrutar de Granada. La atención del chico es magnífica, si volviese a buscar alojamiento allí no dudaría en volver a alquilarlo.

Está situado en el centro de Granada y está muy bien calidad precio.

Tener en cuenta que hay que subir escaleras aún que para nosotros no ha sido un problema

I stayed in this apartment for a few nights and overall had a mixed experience. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages — it is right in the center of the old town in Granada, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The room itself is quite small, but still manageable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, although a bit narrow for two people. I appreciated the practical details like power outlets and small shelves on both sides of the bed, as well as the two small balconies and windows that could be opened. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay. There is also a small kitchenette that seemed reasonably well equipped, although we did not use it. The water pressure was good and there was no problem with hot water. It was slightly cold during our stay in March, but there was a proper duvet available, which helped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, replying to messages within minutes, which I really appreciated.

It was a bit difficult to find the place in the evening, as the building number is not very visible on the door and can be hard to spot after dark. Clearer instructions from the host would have been helpful. The apartment is located on the first floor, and access is via quite steep stairs. This was not a major issue, but it is something worth noting. Because of the central location, it could be a bit noisy in the evenings and early in the morning, although nights themselves were generally quiet. The bathroom, unfortunately, was the biggest issue. It is very small and was not clean, which was quite disappointing. There was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. I reported this to the host, and to their credit, they responded very quickly and arranged a fix within two days. The smell improved after that, but it did not disappear completely. The ventilation in the bathroom was also not working. Another downside was the lighting — there was only a main ceiling light and no bedside lamps, which made the room feel a bit less cozy in the evenings.

La ubicación es muy buena, el anfitrión es agradable y te da facilidades a la hora del check in y las mascotas. Cama cómoda.

El apartamento es un “apaño” de una primera planta de lo que parecía ser el almacén de un bar. El estilo industrial queda bien en las fotos pero los palos del techo da sensación de viejo y sucio. La insonorización es bastante mala. No tiene persianas. El baño es muy pequeño, parece una pecera con el techo de cristal. La mampara estaba rota y habían colocado una cortina de los chinos que estaba amarilla de sucia por la parte de abajo. La cocina olía bastante fuerte. Todo con mucha sensación de suciedad en general.
