EnjoyGranada Plaza de los Lobos

The apartment is very well located in one part of the city center. We loved the location because we were very close to the main points and activities of the city. Communication with the host was very good. We had an requst and they answer and resolved without problem. The acces for the check in was with a code for the door. Apartment was big enough, exactly like in photos. The building was clean and neighbours were quiet. We had 1 bedroom with double bed and second with single bed and couch in living. Beds were ok and clean.

The apartment was not so clean on the floor, we could see this on our feet. The shower was with mold and left an unpleasant feeling. Our set of towels, even if it was washed, I think it was not washed proper because it was dirty, with stains. We asked the host for a change and the cleaning staff was very receptive and send us a new clean set. The cleaning in the kitchen could be better, also the fridge. Also the kitchen has limited dishes if you want to cook. No coffee machine. No little things needed in kitchen ( salt pepper, oil. sugar... ) No clean sponges for washing dishes. Aircondition is just in the livingroom, can be difficult in the hot period. The apartment is very noisy, noise from outside. The location come with disadvantages too. Noise during the evening from the people and bars around and very noisy in the morning because of the trucks that bring staff just in front of the window + construction site 2 houses away.

La ubicacion perfecta, todo cerca. Estaba limpio, esta muy bien para pasar unos dias, con utensilios varios de cocina, lavadora.

No sabemos si es algo puntual o que, pero no teniamos ni un rollo de papel de wc, suerte que teniamos nosotros

La propreté , l'emplacement et l'isolation très bien car il y a un bar juste dessous et les fenêtres fermées on n'entend rien. Super quartier avec tout autour

peut être trouver sur place une bouteille d'huile, poivre...des choses que l'on ne transporte pas lors d'un séjour. Quand on reste un seul jour on mange dehors mais plusieurs jours en famille pas possible à chaque repas
